Atollo Logo and design system In 2024 I was tasked with crafting a new logo for Atollo; a pioneering initiative funded by the European Union, aimed at empowering learners with disabilities through the creation of accessible and inclusive digital educational materials.

About the Project Atollo Project, an international initiative aimed at revolutionising digital education for learners with disabilities. this project brings together a consortium from Croatia, Bulgaria, Austria, Germany, Iceland, Norway, Ireland, and Australia—including top EdTech companies, universities, and educational institutions. My Tasks My responsibilities in this project were diverse. I began by designing several logos in various styles to help determine the overall direction. Stationary I then designed a complete set of stationery, including business cards, letterheads, and envelopes, to ensure the brand identity was cohesive and professional across all printed materials. Refining selected logos We refined the selected logo options based on feedback and presented the final designs to the client, highlighting the rationale behind each concept. Logo critique After creating the initial logo designs, we conducted a thorough critique of each option, evaluating them based on their visual appeal, alignment with the project's goals, and suitability for the target audience. This process allowed us to refine our choices and narrow down the options to the most promising designs. Chosen Logo The client carefully reviewed the refined logo options, taking into account the design rationale and their alignment with the project's goals. After thoughtful consideration, they made a final decision on which logo to choose. Animating the Logo To develop a comprehensive and dynamic brand identity, I designed an animated version of the logo, adding movement and energy to enhance its impact and versatility. Design system Next, I developed a comprehensive design system, establishing guidelines for typography, color schemes, imagery, and other visual elements to ensure consistency across all brand assets.
